 Most of our designs come in one or two pieces only. This is to ensure exclusivity. I mean, who wants to see another girl wearing the exact same thing as her on the street?

We never restock the same piece again. The reason is because we travel the world to find and pick only items we want to wear ourselves. Most of the time, when we go back to the same place, the seasons already changed and we can’t find the same pieces again.

So if you’d like to be included in our mailing list which means we’ll email you whenever there’s something new, please add your name and email address at the comments portion of this page.

How to Purchase

1.       Pick out the item you like.

2.       Ask any questions you have.

3.       Leave a comment with your email address and the item you like.

4.       Wait for our replies.

5.       Make payment.

6.       Receive your lovely stuff!

We only accept POSB/DBS and OCBC bank and atm transfers. We do not accept any risks associated with concealed cash being lost in the mail.

 We loved playing with Barbie dolls when we were young. We especially adored her clothes, her bags, her shoes, and her accessories…

IDigBarbieDoll is inspired by Barbie and we hope you’ll love our stuff as much as we do. We’re pretty whimsical, so we’ll put up all kinds of stuff.

We go all over the world for our stuff, mostly Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan. We only pick the best items which is why we can offer an exchange policy. Rest assured our stock won’t fall apart after a few washes.

We love what we do and we put way more effort into this than it is worth, but hey, it’s all about passion.  So do support us by joining our mailing list and giving us your comments so we can improve!

Some of our stuff are a little more pricey than others. This is because the cost price of these items are much higher than others.  We do not practice unscrupulous pricing and tag our items according to the cost price. Also, if the cost price of the item is higher, it is usually because of the higher quality, better design and more intricate work on the item. 

Exchange Policy

We know the difficulty of buying lovely clothing online is that sometimes, these lovely items don’t fit. Therefore we’ve decided to have an exchange policy.

The exchange policy applies only to clothes. So if that pretty dress or that cute top doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another one. Simply email us within 24 hours of receiving the item or 72 hours of us sending out the item. The item should be in original condition, any tags must be intact, no tears whatsoever.  On our part, we will ensure that any item we send out is free of tears or flaws.

Please don’t abuse this policy, use it only if something doesn’t fit, not because you’ve changed your mind. There will be no cash refunds, only exchanges. If you see something you like that’s more expensive than the original item you’ve returned, simply top up the difference.

All the postage costs of returning the item and getting the new one will be paid by the buyer. This is to discourage frivolous exchanges so we hope you understand.
